I placed an order for flowers on 14th November 2025, scheduled for delivery on Christmas Eve to my brother and his family. However, on the morning of December 24th, I received an email informing me that they couldn't find a florist to fulfill the order and subsequently canceled it. They offered a refund, but as of 15th January 2026, I am still waiting for it, despite sending several emails to follow up. I live in Australia, yet I managed to find a florist who provided a beautiful arrangement with only a few hours' notice on the 24th. Therefore, I cannot recommend this service due to their poor customer support.
