I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday for £58, but they never arrived. I spent 30 minutes on hold with customer service the next day, only to be sent to an answering machine. The email provided doesn't even work. This feels like a total scam; I would advise against purchasing flowers from this service.
They were unable to locate a shop for delivery even after 10 days since the order. It seems they have exhausted all their options. Two weeks have passed without a refund, and based on other reviews, it appears I might have to accept my loss. Very disappointing experience.
I placed an order for flowers on 14th November 2025, scheduled for delivery on Christmas Eve to my brother and his family. However, on the morning of December 24th, I received an email informing me that they couldn't find a florist to fulfill the order and subsequently canceled it. They offered a refund, but as of 15th January 2026, I am still waiting for it, despite sending several emails to follow up. I live in Australia, yet I managed to find a florist who provided a beautiful arrangement with only a few hours' notice on the 24th. Therefore, I cannot recommend this service due to their poor customer support.
The flowers ordered for me arrived looking nothing like the picture. I understand availability issues, but if you can't deliver what’s advertised, don’t list it as in stock. The flowers I received were cheap, with petals falling off and heads snapping. It was heartbreaking as they were meant to be a grand romantic gesture. I salvaged what I could, but for the price, I expected much better.
The flowers were still fresh when I ordered on Dec. 12 and received delivery on Dec. 15. Although it was late, the service was still commendable. The admin team was responsive to my emails and ensured everything was completed. Thank you so much from Thailand!
