Instead of addressing my question, I received multiple marketing emails from the company, including messages that appeared to come from a senior representative. Despite my repeated attempts to get a clear answer about my submission, I only received more promotional content and vague responses that didn’t address my concerns. This lack of transparency and failure to confirm receipt of my video left me frustrated and questioning the company’s professionalism.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The process felt disorganized, and the lack of clear communication was highly disappointing. I urge others to approach with caution and consider alternative options.
