I just want to say thank you, I've tried endless techniques and technology to strengthen my back muscles and these routines have been the most effective. I've never done yoga like this. It's easy to stick with because I love the movement and can tailor it to my ability, the exercises are novel and keep me using my brain as well as my muscles. Despite having pretty weak muscles back there, I have never hurt myself following the program multiple times per week. When I don't understand exactly how to perform an exercise, I just rewind and watch it without attempting to do it. That's the beauty of this format. I really look forward to having access to these workouts on a native iOS app, so I hope that's in the works!
