I've just joined the program as I've been suffering from upper thoracic and shoulder discomfort after excessive sitting. Your exercises are very helpful but they feel very rushed. You could break each exercise in part with instructions of how many reps are needed as it's nearly impossible to copy you all the time while we are doing the exercises. Keep up the good work. An app would have been easy to access and use if you are planning to get one in future.
