I signed up for a trial period that was due to end after a month ($15.99 for the first month). I tried out the exercise videos. After the month was up, I wasn't able to access the video content, which I took to be a sign that my trial had ended. I never received a notification that I would continue to be charged at a higher rate ($29.99/month) or any receipts or email communication besides the first sign-up confirmation. I obviously should have been paying more attention to my bank account but it's fair to expect receipts and communication for the basic changes like increase in monthly rate. I never tried to access the content after that either since I wasn't able to after the first month ended. I searched my email and received no contact from Flowmo after the first confirmation. Clearly, the company benefits from having a series of recordings that sit online and then using dark patterns to confuse people about the initial terms of the trial and then help people forget their subscription going forward. Sketchy and scammy. Do not recommend.
