I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. The filter won't stay attached to my tap, even when installed correctly with the right adaptor, inserts removed, and the circlip tightened. The unit's weight and normal water pressure cause it to detach every time, making it unusable. I have contacted the company multiple times for a return label and a full refund, as stated on their website, but have received no response. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company due to the poor product quality and their failure to address valid refund requests.
