The filter fails to remain attached to my tap, despite following the installation instructions accurately with the correct adaptor, removing inserts, and tightening the circlip. The weight of the unit and regular water pressure cause it to detach, making it unusable. I have reached out to the company multiple times for a return label and full refund, as promised on their website, but have received no response. The total lack of customer support is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company due to both the poor quality of the product and their unresponsiveness to valid refund requests.

This company is a scam. I placed an order six months ago, and they charged me again without my permission. I was never informed that I had been enrolled in a subscription, and they used my bank details for a repeat order without notifying me. There is also no option to cancel the subscription.
