I applied for this due to an attractive balance transfer deal. While the interest rate is slightly higher than some, it is 0% if paid off in full within the specified timeframe. Quick process. Card approved. Received the card about four days after applying. Excellent support through emails. No complaints.
They refused to process my other chargebacks, so I stopped paying. I don't care about court actions or my credit file. The chargebacks totaled around £120, while my outstanding balance is £1400. I won't pay it; they are scammers. The responses on the review platform are from bots, not real people trying to help. It's all cut-and-paste replies.
