If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. Purchased a 400 dollar fx6 filter brand new from pets smart. I get home open up the box it's missing the baskets on the inside. So I'm assuming it's a return that was re sold or factory screw up. Went back to pets smart was advised contact fluval email fluval for a week 1 reply per day. For 10 days .to only be told nothing they can do after sending receipt pictures .etc. stay away go with marine land or diffeent brand
