I love these shoes. They are comfortable and provide exactly what they advertise. The wide toe box is perfect for my feet. But my most recent order has been less than desirable. I order three pairs of shoes during the holidays and HAVE YET to receive them. They only provide an email to contact them and have an AI automatically respond saying they will get the right people to look at my email. They haven’t responded back after that. They haven’t stocked up on their shoes and now I’m wondering if they are going out of business due to poor management.
