I spent weeks trying to get a response from customer support, who eventually claimed the order was sent. When I requested a replacement, the process became overly complicated, and after 10 days of no response, I opted for a refund instead. Life is too short for this hassle. I won't purchase from this company again. UPDATE: I finally received my refund today after posting this review and sending numerous emails.
