It took an excessive amount of time to receive the items. Upon opening and evaluating their quality, I was shocked to find they seemed incapable of holding any liquid. I tested one pair with a small amount of water without wearing them, and the liquid just rolled off the sides without any absorption. This was a total waste of money. I am curious if there will be any possibility of a refund.
I placed my order on December 4 and have not received any updates after 11 days. There has been no status change on the website. I reached out to the customer service team, but they haven't responded, even after contacting them on social media. I spent over €90 and would appreciate any information on my order.
