What an ordeal. I live in Greece. I ordered an item from Flux Undies on August 25, online. I never received it, so on September 29 (they ask you to wait 21 working days) I asked for an update. They said, verbatim, "I'm sure this is probably lost" and dispatched a new one on October 4. I still didn't receive it, and on November 12 after asking for an update I got an email from Flux Undies saying, "I can see your order has been sat at the border for over a month". I requested a refund as the purpose for which I'd ordered the item was long past (I had ordered it with a specific event in mind, based on their shipping estimate), but they did not issue me one and instead said they would escalate it with the courier. On December 10 I was informed by the post that they had sent the item back to the shipper as delivery had failed. I work from home every day and I also gave my and my husband's cellphone numbers for the courier as Flux Undies had requested, so I don't know how delivery could have failed. Anyway, I saw that on December 18 the item reached Flux Undies. But I didn't hear anything, so on December 22 I emailed Flux Undies and finally got an email saying that they will refund the item but not the shipping costs that I paid for at checkout. So, here I am 4 months after having ordered the item, having paid for shipping that never was delivered. I don't know if it's Brexit that caused the delays, but I can say that I haven't had issues with deliveries of other items from the UK. In any case, it was a huge, huge pain. If you live outside the UK, you might want to consider delays in shipping. And if you want a refund, my experience is that you don't get one until you've gone through an extremely long process, and even then you don't get the shipping cost back.
