Because of the flooding in Limpopo and the closure of the airport in Hoedspruit, Airlink could not fly to Hoedspruit and cancelled my flights from Capetown to Hoedspruit and Hoedspruit to Johannesburg. Airlink arranged then a direct flight from Capetown to Johannsburg and promised a refund. I would have been entitled to a full refund anyway, as I had fully flexible ticket for both flights. After more than 4 weeks I have received nothing except promises that the case is in process. From other reviews I assume that the case is just delayed endlessly and that I will never see my money again.
