Flight was delayed by 10 hours. Stuck in Jomo Kenyatta airport (horrible place) overnight with no offer of food, accomodation or compensation. Airlink staff lied about the delays, consistly saying it would depart shortly. Later found out there was an issue with the plane and they had to fly a new plane from Joburg (4 hours away) to Nairobi, so the staff must have had knowledge.
