Departing LAS, our flight was cancelled after being made to wait 5 hours in the airport. They promised us food, cab and hotel coverage from the Unifi rep, so we all left to find hotels, which were not cheap late at night on short notice. We spent about $300 to cover our extra night, 3 addt'l meals, 2 cab fares and hotel. We get up the next am, I waited on FB msg for 4.5 hours for a Breeze rep to respond and tell us the gate, nothing was listed. We finally got that and ended up being delayed another extended period, then were delayed on the tarmac yet again due to problems. I asked the rep how we could get reimbursed and they said they only cover up to $125. Their malfunctioning plane caused these extensive delays, over 26 hours in total and they will do nothing to support their guests. This is a miserable airline, service was horrible and cold and never once did we hear a legit apology from anyone.
