After cancelling my flight due to staffing shortages, I spent 12 hours in airports and triple the amount finding a way home. Their response was a standard "we apologize for the disruption to your travel" but there's no compensation for the extra time and money we cost you. Another passenger said this was the 4th time it happened in 3 months, and it wasn't worth the cheap airfare. I completely agree! Horrible and unreliable!!
