There’s a complete lack of continuity in support; no one seems to read the previous notes or understand what’s already been tried.After weeks of back and forth, long wait times on both phone and chat, and absolutely no resolution, I’ve lost confidence in Flybuys’ ability to manage even basic account problems. For a program connected to major retailers, the standard of support is shockingly poor.
