Flybuys do the right thing and stop using offshore call center - had an error for your 10k points by spending $70 for 4 weeks offer due to the error from your end - expected already for bad service - talked to your first agent named Joan - scripting and when I told her that my story then she went silent and raised up her voice / when I want to have her manager to talk to me then she put me on penalty hold and initially refused to transfer to her manager then she was reluctant to do so - then when her ‘manager’ Kat took over she was totally blunt on the phone and claimed that I have to spend 2x $70 for same week as manual adjustment - when being asked to send me email for confirmation and she was reluctant as well - when complained re her staff then she tried to avoid my topic by 100 percent scripting - woollies everyday rewards never encounter such issues as such offer just disappeared from your app and god know you just changed your T&C from your end and definitely flybuys is the loyalty program that could not be trusted and the poor service I encountered today could be used for good case study for my team members - you guys should feel shameful for the service you provided from your Manila call center - this is what we should call as customer disservice!!!
