I have done a lot of shopping at various Coles supermarkets.I had the Smeg knife credits added on, (current promotion) however the $ value has not been added to my transactions. In some cases I have had the flybuy points added on within 7 days as per their terms and conditions, because I did not have my f/bs card with me at the time of the transaction.I have hundreds of $s owing to my account for December.This isn't a one off issue, this happens many times.I've been in touch with their team members before, and I don't think I have the energy to go through it again.Please employ an IT SPECIALIST and fix your failing system. It needs an URGENT UPDATE.
