This guy named clay messed me & my father up so badly. We were stranded at the Huston airport expecting to get on a flight to GHANA, clay cancelled our original delta flight itinerary & purchased one with united instead. However clay changed the destination from our delta ticket on the united flight. Instead of going to Ghana west Africa we ended up at Guyana South America Caribbean’s. If it wasn’t for traveling credit we would have been screwed. Don’t use third party agents. There not scammers but if anything goes wrong they won’t be able to help you because you did not purchase the ticket directly from the airline. We couldn’t get back our 1400$ on that ticket & clay suggested selling us a brand new ticket for 2,200$. He also said in order to receive the reminder of our traveling credit which was only 260$ out of 1400$ we had to book our next trip with him. Why would we do that? This is close to 4,000$ just for a round trip vacation from here to Ghana, and it’s like clays fault. Don’t not trust these people & don’t get played like me & my dad did.
