Review Time
The prices were definitely lower than all the other companies that I had looked at. The only downside is that the booked ticket price can (and did for me) jump up. Originally it was advertised at 3 hundred and something, but once confirming the date via phonecall they follow up with, the only options were a few days later and for 5 hundred and something. Overall, I can't complain as it was far cheaper than anything else I had looked at. They were fast with getting me my ticket information which was nice as I had booked the ticket with little time in advance, so I didn't have to worry or stress about that. Jason helped me to find the perfect balance between price and the date that I wanted to fly out from Edmonton, Alberta to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The flight only had a single transfer at Toronto (which is never a surprise and expected) and only a 45 minute window for time between flights which was perfect. (Minus the airline having weather issues and pushing back the flight, but that's not on them!) 4/5 stars for the price issue but everything else was fantastic. They also included baggage fees (2 checked) in the total price with a single carry on baggage allowed, which was nice.
I want to share my experience so far with the support team. They have been very helpful, kind, and professional in assisting me with booking my round-trip ticket. I have successfully received my departure ticket, but I am still waiting for my return e-ticket. The representative informed me that it would be sent within 24 hours, so I am hopeful that they will follow through as promised. Overall, my experience has been positive thus far. Once I receive the return e-ticket, I will be glad to provide another review.
Scammers!! They sell tickets that are not available and then propose you other tickets which are more expensive of course!When you tell them you're not interested and want a refund they charge you 350$ of cancellation fee!!! I'm not the one who cancelled, they are the one who couldn't provide the tickets I purchased!! Don't use this website!
I purchased flight tickets from FlyCheapestOnline.com for a total of $6,150 USD. Unfortunately, the airline later declared that the tickets were fraudulent. My family and I were stranded in London, unable to complete our trip to Ottawa.I contacted FlyCheapestOnline several times to request a refund, but nobody has responded to my emails or calls. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received any explanation or compensation.This company is completely untrustworthy. If anyone knows the legal procedure to sue them or file a claim, please advise.Avoid this website at all costs!
if i would have a chance to rate it zero that should be justified.Scammers!they book me a flight and after an hour sent an email saying its on hold,contact them.On contacting, agent said booking for one is confirmed and other is on waiting list and kept offering other flights of double the amount.i asked to confirm the one and return me the remaining she said not its not possible,either you have to keep both aur cancel both and said your card is not charged yet.it means everything was a pre planned game.
