Avoid this company at all costs!

This company is a scam. They claimed to collect port and excursion fees for a well-known travel service. After making my reservation, I received a congratulatory message from them stating they would manage these fees. When I had questions and called, they informed me I needed to pay $998 for the port fees. Two days later, I contacted the travel service, and they had no knowledge of this company. When I called back, they promised reimbursement, but it would take up to three bank statements. They are clearly aware of their actions, knowing that delays can hinder credit card refunds. I've been trying to resolve this since last April, and now it's January with no resolution. Stay far away from this company; they are scammers!
