Longtime user facing issues this year.

I have been using the service for several years and have always managed to rent out our vacation ownership. Payments have typically been received within two days, but this year, it has been eight days without any payment. Additionally, there is no direct way to contact the support team; communication is only possible through email on their website, and I have yet to receive any responses.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Support

I utilized this service as a timeshare owner to list my reserved week for rent. Although the listing was created, the company failed to fulfill its obligations by not providing adequate customer support. The support is exclusively managed through an email response system. I sent several written requests for a minor administrative adjustment, specifically to shift my reserved week by one week. Unfortunately, these requests were not handled promptly. When I finally received a response, I was informed that I would need to pay additional fees just to repost the listing. The communication was dismissive and unprofessional. Soon after, my account was deactivated without any notice or explanation, which prevented me from using the service I had paid for. While payment was accepted, the promised service was not delivered effectively. Given this experience, I do not recommend this platform.

Convenient Booking, But Confirmation Delays

I appreciated the ease of the booking process, but the confirmation took too long, and the room I expected is not guaranteed. Now I must follow up with the hotel, despite it being mentioned in the transaction. This is quite disappointing, as it was the main reason I chose this service. I will think twice about using it again.

Golf Course Condition Disappoints

The golf course resembles a neglected field. The ranger closely monitors every hole. The new management is unpleasant. After two decades of bringing large groups, we were told our business was unwelcome. We will take our business elsewhere. Don't waste your money here.
