FlyDubai is a definite no for my family and me. It seems to be the only airline that considers a handbag as extra luggage. So when your ticket states 7kg, it apparently includes both the hand trolley and handbag. My daughter ended up paying extra for a 1.9kg handbag, and the fee was almost as much as her one-way ticket. Not again!
