This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I ended up paying a huge amount for a flight with an incredibly long layover and no baggage included. When I reached out for assistance, I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do and was referred to the airline. I contacted the airline, and they informed me that flight agents do not provide any support. This has been the worst experience imaginable. I will never use this service again!
