This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I ended up paying a huge amount for a flight with an incredibly long layover and no baggage included. When I reached out for assistance, I was repeatedly told there was nothing they could do and was referred to the airline. I contacted the airline, and they informed me that flight agents do not provide any support. This has been the worst experience imaginable. I will never use this service again!
I explored various FNPL platforms, and their initial ticket prices are generally higher and tend to rise quickly. In contrast, the prices offered here appear lower and remain stable over time. One suggestion for improvement would be to allow young passengers aged 12-18 to book tickets, as is common with most airlines. Overall, I had a great experience booking here and look forward to using the site again.
