Being stranded in Puerto Vallarta after cartel violence escalated was already stressful. Our @FlairAirlines flight F8 2623 was cancelled due to the emergency situation.
Flair rebooked us 15 days later and told us by text, email, and phone we could request a full refund if the date didn’t work.
We followed their instructions and submitted the refund request Feb 27. The booking still shows confirmed and the refund hasn’t been processed.
Hoping this can be resolved quickly.
As being consistently hung up on after waiting sometimes 7 hours on the phone is tiresome at this point. I speak very calmly and respectfully.
