I ordered this as a holiday gift for a flight on December 28, but it still hasn't arrived, despite being assured it would be here by December 24! I appreciate your response, but it doesn't address the fact that this gift was intended for a flight on December 28, and now I'm being told to wait until January! I won't be around then and won't need these items anymore. Please initiate the return and refund process!
