Turnaround time for your policy seemed to be OK 25th still no delivery I had to go out and purchase a local one. If the product is at my home when I return, I will should be back to you unopened and request my money back. This is very poor service.

The item was purchased January 5, 2026 and shipped January 7, 2026 and still not received as of January 23, 2026. That is over two weeks! This is not good and I am hesitant to even tell others about this product. All around bad experience since I still have not received the product.

Quick arrival despite previous delays, and the foam is excellent

Arrived quite swiftly, especially given the delays I've faced before. The foam is incredibly soft and comfortable. I had worries it might be too firm, but that's not the case at all. I'm excited for our next trip to test it out and finally get some sleep on a plane.
