AWFUL (should I say INEXISTENT CUSTUMER SERVICE, my order did not arrived. its been a week in somewhere else. i tried to reach "flyhugz" so they could do something about it (since the carrier its imposible to reach for us clients) they answer several days after saying that "they tracked the order and its all ready delivered" i send them the actual tracking and its active and on route. they have not answer yet. A month I've been waiting and I fly tomorrow to Japan. So THANKS FOR NOTHING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
