I had a mixed experience with the check-in process. Arriving late in the evening, I was unable to enter the building due to an incorrect access code. I only managed to get inside thanks to another guest, which was quite inconvenient and stressful. The instructions for accessing the flat were also unclear, adding to the confusion upon arrival. Furthermore, I had pre-booked a parking space with a specific bay number but found another car already parked there. I had to contact the host and was eventually told to use any available bay, which contradicted the original instructions and undermined the purpose of reserving a specific parking space.
