The location is about 1km from town, but close to major outlets, and local pubs. The apartment is basic, very clean, and a perfect choice for a short stay. Lacking some items, e.g. kitchen towels, and only one socket for kitchen utilities. I had to move microwave towards socket to use it. Only mirror is in the bathroom. Good underfloor heating throughout.
I faced challenges with the check-in process. Arriving late in the evening, I was unable to enter the building due to an incorrect access code. Thankfully, another guest helped me in, but it was quite inconvenient and stressful. The instructions for accessing the flat were vague and led to further confusion upon arrival. Additionally, I had pre-booked a parking space with a designated bay number, but upon my arrival, I found that another vehicle was occupying that spot. I had to contact the host and was eventually told to use any available bay, which contradicted the original instructions and defeated the purpose of reserving a specific parking space.

I had a delightful stay at the apartments over Christmas, and it was truly fantastic! The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a cozy holiday. The location was perfect, just steps away from excellent shops, restaurants, parks, and convenient transport links. The self check-in was seamless and the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our Christmas memorable. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone seeking a stylish, convenient, and welcoming stay. We’ll definitely return!
We stayed at a lovely apartment in Earls Court for our daughter’s 21st birthday and it was fantastic. We were fortunate to get a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a balcony off the main bedroom, which was a nice bonus. The additional bathroom was very convenient for our family. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the nearby tube station, making it easy to explore central London and visit museums. We flew into Heathrow, which allowed for a straightforward journey to Earls Court. Overall, I would rate it highly, with the only downside being that we would have preferred an earlier check-in time, as the 4 PM check-in meant we had to pay to store our bags locally for the day. I would absolutely stay here again. We did have an issue with the safe in our room, but the guest services team was very responsive and resolved it quickly through email and phone communication.
I enjoyed my stay at the apartment in a great location. As a solo female traveler, I felt secure in the building. The apartment was very comfortable, though it could have benefited from a full-length mirror for drying hair. Please note that there were no tea, coffee, sugar, or milk provided, so a quick trip to the nearby shops might be necessary.
The location, apartment, and services were all fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. My only minor suggestion would be to include an extra chair at the dining table, as there was only one for a reservation of two people. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
I had requested a lower floor weeks in advance and was told to follow up 24-48 hours prior, yet I was still placed on the highest floor. Additionally, there were no instructions regarding the heating, and I found the kitchen lacking basic hygiene items like napkins or towels, as well as complimentary water.
