I checked into my flat and the glass door to the balcony was off its track. Dealing with the customer service was a nightmare. They wanted me to sleep in the flat with a broken door that opened up to a common balcony, because 7PM on a weekday was just too late for someone to come and fix it. I sent them photos and a video of what the problem was, and they said they would move me into another flat. That one had people in it. When I told them, they said, "were they in it, or was it just not cleaned." !!!! then I got moved to a third flat and it did not have a balcony nor a window that opened. The next day they sent me a message saying the broken door was "user error" and literally sent me a video about how to open a door. They love to argue! It also took them multiple days to fix my friend's air con in her flat, after arguing with her initially that there was no air con (it's a point they brag about on their website as well as IN FRONT OF HER FACE IN THE FLAT.) The flat is nice if it's working and the cleaning staff are nice, but the company is HORRIBLE.
