I faced challenges with the check-in process. Arriving late in the evening, I was unable to enter the building due to an incorrect access code. Thankfully, another guest helped me in, but it was quite inconvenient and stressful. The instructions for accessing the flat were vague and led to further confusion upon arrival. Additionally, I had pre-booked a parking space with a designated bay number, but upon my arrival, I found that another vehicle was occupying that spot. I had to contact the host and was eventually told to use any available bay, which contradicted the original instructions and defeated the purpose of reserving a specific parking space.
