If you are an independent brand thinking to sell there, think again. Complete waste of money.Our jewelry brand was displayed from march to june 2022.We are based in Germany and wanted to expand to the american market in New York. Store seemed to be in a premium position, however we got little to no sales in 3 months time. Jewelry display was also not professional and I had to tell them how to place the necklaces to make them more appealing to the eye. Our pieces are bold statement pieces so it shouldnt be difficult at all. Sometimes they answer to emails and sometimes not so it was hard to keep our communication updated and to get feedbacks regarding slow sales etc. Pr service seemed to work, our items got pulled quite often but, contrary to what they claim in their ads, not from premium magazines nor from hollywood celebrities. Also it has been 4 months and of all the stylist pulls only 3 editorials have been published so far. On instagram they just reposted our story with little initiative to promote our brand. Also their website is not selling at all like it has no traffic. The returned inventory box was a chaos inside, 3 pieces are missing and we found one necklace from some other brand in our box. They just dont care. They sell you 3 months packages knowing very well that, given the low performances, many brands will leave but they always manage to lure new brands in, which are their main source of income. They dont earn from selling your products so they dont care about driving sales nor in store nor online. Thats the harsh truth regarding our experience with them.
