As a regular customer, I have enjoyed shopping at this store, but I encountered a very unpleasant situation today. During my visit, there was only one cashier and a long line. After waiting, I asked a staff member if another register could be opened. He told me to wait, but I ended up waiting much longer. When it was finally my turn, I was treated rudely and received no assistance with my items. This lack of empathy was shocking, and I kindly ask for a review of this incident. After this experience, I am hesitant to return.
