I am a big fan of you! I am looking forward to the new items. However, a significant issue has arisen recently regarding delivery times and communication with the company. My last order took 30 days, and I had to travel 13 kilometers just to collect it. Additionally, it took 5 days to receive a response from the support team. There's also no way to contact the stores directly. Despite these challenges, I placed another order, and the estimated delivery time is 2 weeks! I hope to receive it in time for Valentine's Day.
Frustrating experience – Damaged item and unsatisfactory service I am very let down by my recent online purchase. I ordered a gingerbread house for a holiday project with my child, but it came in pieces. My child was devastated as he had been eagerly anticipating this activity.

I bought two, so I decided to keep the one that was tried on (I plan to donate it to a dog kennel) and returned to the store to exchange the unopened one. However, I was informed that I couldn't exchange it because I had supposedly used a promo code. This is frustrating! On the bright side, two dogs at the kennel will now have new sweaters! Unfortunately, the customer service at the location was disappointing.

If I could rate lower, I would. The entire experience was terrible. I couldn't track my order until it reached the UK. I needed cookies and gingerbread houses for a charity event, but delivery took far too long. When they finally arrived, most cookies were broken, and the gingerbread houses were damaged as well, likely due to poor packaging. It's unbelievable that items were shipped without any protective wrapping. This lack of care has ruined my event. I am extremely dissatisfied.
As a regular customer, I have enjoyed shopping at this store, but I encountered a very unpleasant situation today. During my visit, there was only one cashier and a long line. After waiting, I asked a staff member if another register could be opened. He told me to wait, but I ended up waiting much longer. After this experience, I am hesitant to return.

Shipping is typically quick and often free due to a low minimum spend. Overall, it’s great value for creating a festive atmosphere at home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
While the products are appealing, the customer service is lacking. They failed to listen to my concerns and charged me for items that were out of stock. When I provided proof of the charges, they dismissed my claims. I recommend avoiding this service.
