Don't deal with them. Their self-service tills can charge you twice (and paying by phone and no paper receipt means you don't know this has happened at the time). They either don't read or lose your emails (I've sent five). They say they've resolved your issue when they haven't. They claim you haven't sent relevant info when you have. You'll go round and round in circles!
