The products are of low quality but there are sometimes things worth looking into. However after my experience in Flying Tiger particularly in Bologna, Italy, I am never stepping foot inside their shops again. The staff was extremely rude and lacked even the minimum respect towards the customer. It might be worth considering the people that you guys hire, because it's unacceptable that there's so many people who have had a similar experience as me and it continues to happen. Would put 0 stars if it were possible.
