Their phone accessories are rubbish. I bought a 4 hour phone charger that only works intermittently, and a USB cable that has stopped working, both of these are under a year old. When I bought the charger I was told it had a year’s guarantee so didn’t rush back with it, but when I did take it back the manager denied the one year guarantee and blamed the temporary Christmas staff. His assistant offered to replace the charger, but then the manager stopped her. Sounds like staff training is also rubbish 🤷♀️.
