I’ve shopped with FTC for years and always really loved their stuff. However, I made an online order which was then cancelled 13 days later after I gave my full address and some of the products I purchased are no longer in stock.They claim to have not been able to process it despite not having my correct delivery address. However I sent them the full address and I have had an order sent to my address before. There was no attempt to rectify this other than free shipping for my next order which I now won’t be placing because of this poor service. I asked to make a complaint and was essentially told I won’t be getting my order. The person who responded was polite and clear though. Whole experience has put me off from buying from FTC in the future, which is really a shame.
