I contacted Flying Tiger because they would not refund products purchased in Brighton in their Lewisham store, a few days later, even though I had receipts and products unopened and in mint condition. I made a complaint on 11 April, chased it up a month later and have still heard nothing. They say that they will aim to reply within 1-2 days Monday to Friday, well it's been over a month now!! Update - I finally got back to the Brighton store. They were perfectly charming and refunded me immediately, without question and with an apology.Odd the email address didn't work as I got 2 automated acknowledgements!
