I always loved this shop until I desided to instal membershio card and it didn’t work. There were zero support or in fact workers in shop (Canary Wharf near Elizabeth line) and I just had to leave tge store, as the self chwckout suggested to have assistance from shop.Well, I waited for about 30 minutes constantly scanning shop looking for assistance and it was zero.Sadly, very very bad customer support. Dissapointed.
