Really dissatisfied with this company, first time ordering online after having made a few small purchases in store but as there are none local to me I thought I would try online. That was the first and last time. I had made a purchase after receiving an alert the item I was after was back in stock. Had confirmation of my purchase later that same day. Confirmation sent to confirm it was on its way then a few hours later I received an email saying I was issued a refund as the item was out of stock. With it being busy time of year I understand stock levels can change frequently. However, the product is still available for sale on their website! Wish I read previous reviews as seems have issues with stock/delivery and auto responses from costumer service Avoid!edit- I have since had a generic response from the company and no refund as of yet. Supposed to take 10 working days - avoid at all costs worst experience ever!
