I placed two orders two weeks ago, both were “dispatched” a week ago but the tracking still says the carriers haven’t received either parcel. They will not help you through any social media channels. The only way to contact them is by email and don’t expect a response. I think I will have to open a case with my bank to get a refund, really disappointed with the complete lack of communication
