Ordered on 21 November and suffered the same massive delays as everyone below. Sent a message through the website and within 3 days had a response saying they were suffering massive delays and would be automatically refunding people but to keep the goods when they arrive. Been notified that the refund has been processed and the parcel arrived today. Whilst this is too late to get some gifts where they need to be I can’t fault Tiger for how they have dealt with it. Yes it would have been better to have been warned of delays on ordering but essentially I now have a box of free stuff. Also suspect they have been affected by brexit with customs delays. That’s what you get for voting for such a stupid thing.
