I purchased a dog sweater that unfortunately didn't fit. I bought two, so I decided to keep the one that was tried on (I plan to donate it to a dog kennel) and returned to the store to exchange the unopened one. However, I was informed that I couldn't exchange it because I had supposedly used a promo code. This is frustrating! On the bright side, two dogs at the kennel will now have new sweaters! Unfortunately, the customer service at the location was disappointing.
