Had I bothered to read all the negative reviews I would not have booked with Norse.
However, we flew premium economy to Cape Town and got away with it. Our outbound flight was delayed by one hour because they had lost a crew member. The in flight service and food, while not up to BA standard was adequate.
My only real complaint was the return leg which was a day time flight when they came round with the drinks trolly and served curry at 10 in the morning and then we had to wait 8 hours for the next food service which was 'breakfast!'
Seems they need to get their act together. Would I book again 🤔
